TV Version of Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining"

My first time watching the Shining was back in 2003, when it was airing on a TV Station. Recently got the 4K of it and noticed some changes that aren't just censorship.
- After showing Jack's frozen corpse, we zoom out a bit and see a Police officer nearby.
- When Jack gets the Bourbon from Lloyd, he said, "From the North, South, East and West, of all the Bartenders, you were the best, Lloyd." Instead of "White Man's Burden."
- There is no subplot with Wendy finding and using the Radio
- Danny isn't a Star Trek fan anymore, as in the TV airing I watched, he not only had a Star Trek poster, but also played with a toy for a seconds before Wendy struck up a conversation during Breakfast
The rest of the things that are different are simply censorship items, such as replacing the N-Word with Man and Male Cook, cutting out a lot of violence, and some other ADR things.
Is anyone else familiar with this version of The Shining, and if so do you have a tape of it that you could digitize? I enjoy the small subtleties with ADR and the new scenes, as they make the movie a bit more realistic, if that makes sense.
