This refers to a currently unconfirmed 1997 Canadian version of the SNES game, Rocko's Modern Life: Spunky's Dangerous Day, which was previously released here in the US on April 1, 1994. The game is obviously based on the classic Nicktoon, but oddly Canada didn't get the game until 1997... or at least allegedly. To my knowledge, there is no proof that the game was released in Canada in 1997 & Wikipedia just says that the game got released in North America in April of 1994, without specifying it as being its US release nor saying that the game was released specifically on April Fools Day.
Does this supposed Canadian version actually exist? I will assume that if this DOES exist, then it currently hasn't been dumped yet & is insanely rare... as well as making it the only known rerelease of the game as the game never saw a release outside of North America for reasons unknown. Perhaps a prototype exists for an unreleased PAL version? Also the game was in production when the 1st season of the show was still in its development stages, which means that the title screen music in the US version is NOT based on the intro theme from the show's 1st season, but the Canadian version might've replaced with a cover of the season 2 intro theme.

So far, nothing has really shown up that confirms or denies this. Perhaps there could be solid proof that this didn't happen & it was indeed a US exclusive game? Where the heck did this bizarre rumor even originate from?
