There's a ton of audio commentaries for episodes in the early seasons of SpongeBob SquarePants that surprisingly aren't available online outside of the first season. According to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia, this includes Sailor Mouth in the season 2 boxset. While I don't think this will provide help in searching for the lost uncensored version, it may give us a lot more insight about the episode in general.
I remember Mr. Lawrence mentioned that the characters are based on the 7 deadly sins in the audio commentary of the season 1 episode "Plankton!". So many people state that this is a rumor, even though it's literally true that he said that.
