Around 2008, a MySims animated series was proposed to be in production. According to this article, Electronic Arts had signed a deal with the Hollywood talent agency UTA to enter the film and television industry. At some point in the article, they mention "...and a MySims™ animated television series in development at Film Roman." You probably know that Film Roman is a big animation studio, working on shows like The Simpsons. I also had found another article from the site Sarcastic Gamer with production material for the series. Sadly, the images were not archived and are therefore lost media. According to the MySims Wiki, due to the animated series being in production for may years, it was considered that the project was just a fraud. I suspect it was cancelled due to the MySims games coming to an end. I am planning on getting into contact with Film Roman to find out more about the MySims animated series, and possibly even receive production material.
The boardwalk? Enjoy your time among the commoners, player. You see, I only swim in bottled water.
That title got my attention. A MySims animated cartoon sounds interesting, and it's possible that some kind of concept art, test animation, or even a TV pilot was produced for the show, though, if that's the case, we could be in a similar situation to the Hannah Montana anime, in that, what was produced for this unreleased show can't be officially or legally released by crew members and such, though, like you said, we still need to hear back from those you contacted.
Speaking of which, who at Film Roman did you contact? You said you eMailed Film Roman, so did you ask them on their company eMail or something? I think you should ask someone who worked at Film Roman at the time and/or any names attached to this series, since that seems to be how the Lost Media community normally goes about looking for this type of stuff.

I had contacted the email at their website, at info@filmroman.com or something like that, so yes I contacted the company email (which wasn't really a good idea as I might end up getting some automated email). I think I should probably email John Davis as he had involvement with the more anticipated The Sims movie, which I presume was also cancelled. He could've been involved with the MySims show.

Oh, forgot to mention that the Sarcastic Gamer article had apparently received concept art of characters and locations, and even an actual initial draft script for the show (both of which were shown on their website). They're no longer available, sadly. EDIT: Apparently the leaked concept art and scripts were fake, as there was a tag saying "fake news", clicking on it shows a bunch of fictional articles they made for fun.
Damn, there was supposed to be a Sims movie, too? I didn't know that. There might also be some lost production materials that movie, as well. Has anyone also tried looking for stuff from The Sims movie, too?
Oops, just realized that the article on Sarcastic Gamer is actually supposed to be fake. But I'm still eager to find actual concept art and scripts for this show. But I can tell you that the MySims animated series was going to be real, as many sources say. There's ought to be some kind of production material somewhere.
