So, after my own research into this game, I ultimately couldn't find anything substantial as to the actual game itself, other than this one thread on Reddit from about 2 years ago asking about the game. I also used the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine to look at the site, but unfortunately the game itself wasn't archived, and no links or anything else useful or substantial was archived, either.  Looking at the site's Page Source link, however, did bring up this text that wasn't on the archived site proper:

There are also quite a few videos on YouTube showcasing the site and game when it was operating as well.  I did also discover that the brand was rebooted somewhere around 2019 or 2020, and is still currently up at therealtoothfairies.com.  It's mostly things like downloadable activity sheets and videos now, but no actual games anywhere, unfortunately.  And so far, that's all I've been able to come up with for this.

 I have a sibling that used to play this game. It was a bin weevils / moviestarplanet type game where you had a tooth fairy as your character, and there were different activities and such.
