Surfmonkey Browser - Lost Kid-Safe Browser from the 90s

Now this is something really obscure. Back in the 90s, Bandai Digital Entertainment partnered with Microsoft to release a kid-safe internet browser called "SurfMonkey". It was developed by MediaLive and released on April 29th, 1998 for Windows 95/98. It was also only compatible with Internet Explorer 4 or lower.
There isn't much information on this browser on the internet other than a single wiki page with a small amount of information, a video on YouTube, and archived pages from MediaLive and BDE. Versions of the browser, specifically the lite and toolbar versions, seem to be archived. However, the lite version cannot be installed correctly since the servers that hosted the files are now down. They did make CDs of the full version of the browser, but I've only been able to find a single listing online on eBay. I would buy it, however, I live in the United States and the seller is in Australia. Here is the listing for more info.

Although the browsers probably wouldn't be functional anymore, it would still be nice to have full versions archived somewhere.
