How did I not notice this thread before? I've been trying to find episodes of this show for a long time now. Mostly because their was an episode that really terrified me as a child. The blonde kid becomes small, and when the baby notices him, he thinks he's a bug and calls his mom to come squash him. The mom then proceeds to chase the blonde kid. Before the mom could get her hands on him, it cuts back to reality where everything is fine. I really want to see that episode again.
I've definitely seen that on Youtube.

I have uploaded an episode on my alternate YT channel (PixarMan2001 Obscure Children's TV) which you should check out. Tons of "Wanna Play?" on there too. Picture Box Distribution uploaded an episode (which unfortunately I already had on my tapes).
Here, there are SIX WHOLE PAGES of Land O'Hands episodes listed. Hundreds of episodes seem to have been produced, so this series might be much bigger than we originally anticipated.
hundreds of episode? wow:0 but it makes sense, i remember seeing this short on a lot in between shows
Where do we go from here. I found all the info on the page for the episode "Shop Til' You Drop"

Hey, just updating my post saying I had seen the shrinking episode. I did years ago. It was a standalone upload. I have no idea about the channel name; this was all idle.

Well, the video is probably long gone now, although after looking at the episode list, I feel like it may be the episode "Little Dreams".

OK, so I used to have a VHS tape of Treehouse that my mom taped around 2003 and this was on it. I lost it about 10 years ago though. I don't know where it went or if it's even still intact. But by looking at the logs, I found the possible broadcasts I have (I'm pretty sure):
April 17th, 2003 - (Bear in the Big Blue House) Wait for Me - (Wanna Play?) Frog - (Blue's Clues) A Snowy Day - (Land O'Hands) Ten Years Before the Mastodon
April 21st, 2003 - (Bear in the Big Blue House) That Healing Feeling - (Wanna Play?) Kitty in the Corner - (Blue's Clues) The Grow Show - (Land O'Hands) Can Ya Dig It?
Found this description of the show on Radical Sheep’s 2001 website. It offers some interesting info about the bizarre aspects of the show:
A pre-school puppet series set in the fanciful world of pre-historic Alberta, "Land O' Hands" follows the adventures of a young boy named Bungle and his family of cave people. Bungle's natural curiosity often leads him into trouble. With the help of his little sister, Pubba and his best friend, Garby, Bungle always sets things right and learns more about himself and his place in the big world of the jungle.
The most important aspect in the creation of Land O' Hands is its design philosophy: any human body part is used to create it, in any scale. An ear becomes a craggy pit, while the palm of a hand is stretched out to look like a desert.
All the trees, rocks, foliage, mountains, caves, cliffs, clouds, grass, rivers, waterfalls, etc. are created from hands, arms, legs, shoulders, backs, feet, knees, noses, ears, hair, knuckles, toes, heels, chins, cheeks, foreheads and more.
Hands, fingers and feet augmented with foam latex prosthetics are manipulated by the puppeteers and digitally inserted into the scenes. A hand, walking on four fingers, becomes a "handelope" or a "woolly mammoth". A hand and forearm become the head and neck of a "forearmosaurus". A single finger becomes a timid worm peeking out of the ground.
Enjoy the antics of Bungle, his family and friends in Land O' Hands.
