It's surprising that anything that aired on mainstream TV less than 14 years ago is now lost media, but quite a few T-Mobile ads for the MyTouch 4G featuring Carly Foulkes are now entirely lost with only some screengrabs remaining.
There are several holiday ads for example, all known only from screenshots saved on a blog:
There was another ad featuring Carly and the rapper Witness that for a while only survived in the most low-quality yet ridiculous form ever. Thankfully the original upload of it was archived on the Wayback Machine.
Oh yeah, about that, the ads appear to have been uploaded on the T-Mobile YT channel for a while in the early 2010s before being privated. No idea why that happened. Unfortunately most aren't archived.
