This was featured in a 2023 KCA promotional video, could have possibly been featured in 2002/06. This DOES mean that Nickelodeon still has the short, but doesn't mean they can sent it to the world.
Oh nice! I messaged the user about uploading a copy but it looks like we have the clip now. The animation look bizarre, definitely that early 2000s special animation feel. This is something I'd like to see in full.
