Found a song with lyrics matching "the most mysterious song"

Eh, hey guys. Brand new to this so don't know if this is something made later or a potential lead.
I tried to put in the non bind/blind/by/like/whatever the wind lyrics into a lyrics database and got something that matched a lot of the more audible lyrics of "the most mysterious song on the internet" and is named "like the wind".

Clicking on it the artist page is empty and the video link is dead.
I found the video on wayback machine but it doesn't load.
The artists name is "lostsilver" which is apparently the name of a very popular pokemon creepypasta so that muddies up search results.
The thumbnail of the video (as seen on the lyrics website) reminds me of hotline miami, I don't know if it's "authentic" 80'ies or something created later to mimic the style. Even if it is the right song could it be a later made thumbnail?
