Looking for lost anti-smoking PSA featuring a woodchuck

So my boyfriend was telling me about an anti-smoking PSA he recalled from his childhood. It went something like this:
A cartoon of a woodchuck chewing on wood. A voiceover asks “How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?” There’s then a statistic shown of how much wood a woodchuck chucks in its lifetime. Then the voiceover asks “How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could smoke cigarettes?” The woodchuck is then shown trying to take a bite out of the wood then goes “Ouch!” because his teeth hurt. The woodchuck takes out a cigarette and starts smoking. The voiceover then says “A lot less than the woodchuck who does not smoke cigarettes.” It ends with the voiceover saying “Smoking don’t pick it up.”
My boyfriend said he likely saw it on cable TV in the early 2000s. He can’t recall the exact channel but says it was likely either Nickelodeon, YES Network, USA Network or UPN. Anyone got any ideas?
