As featured by Phelous in his "Weird Things on VHS" video, one copy of the Hebrew-subtitled VHS release of Ghostbusters was recorded over with footage from Atari 500 programs, including the "Robot/Spaceship" demo and Compy Shop's The Graphic Demo. However, the very end of it has a title screen for a program called "Digi Loo/Digi Ley!" that was created by Yaron Peare Video System. Unfortunately, this is the only available footage of this game, and it seems that it was made as a personal project, given that Y.P.V.S. is also created in the title screen for The Graphic Demo (not in the original German version, though).
A comment in the YouTube video did indeed mention the song, and that the sample apparently sounds like that song. It's possible that the program itself is just a cover of it.
