Nickelodeon Jr. High School Blog Series (2002-2005)
There were these live-action shorts that used to air on Nickelodeon during commercial breaks somewhere between 2002 and 2005. The series was like Ned's Declassified meets Zoey 101.
I don't know the name of the series and I can't find it anywhere.
TV Short Series info:
Typical Episode: Five seconds of instrumental ska punk music plays in the background with pictures of the school, then we see a girl in a her bedroom on her laptop narrating the story and providing us school tips after her friends (often the white dude and sometimes the black guy) get into shenanigans.
One episode I clearly remember: It was about passing notes in class. The blond white dude sees a very attractive girl in class and tries to pass a note to her. However, a fat, white female [gym?] teacher catches him and blows the whistle. She forces the white dude to switch seats with the afro-haired black guy. The black guy is like, "Yes!", but the white dude is mortified. The white dude is forced to sit next to some obese white kid named Frankie, who farts everyday in class at 9:45am. After the obese kid farts, some geeky girl (who wore a retainer?) offers nose plugs to the blond white dude. At the end, both befriend each other and the narrator wraps up the episode with tips and advice.
There are also a few more TV shorts, including one where they were at a school night dance/homecoming event.
I don't know if this is the right actor/narrator. However, the guitar girl seen from 0:00 to 0:44 reminds me of the laptop girl blogger:
Her looks and voice are even similar to the blogger girl in the Nickelodeon TV shorts.
Does anyone know what I am talking about? I know it was way over a decade ago, but I've been trying to find this series forever.
