Okay so this one was discussed a few years ago, but I'm hoping that maybe someone will see this who has the connections to help.
When I was a kid, I saw this PSA that has haunted me to this day. Its been 20 years and I still think of this even only seeing it once. And I need to see it again.
In the 90s there was a short PSA shown to schools in the UK about safety on construction sites. It was called Game Over and it was created by a company called Splaat through HSE (Health and Safety Executive).
I have tried my old primary school, local libraries and even trying to contact somewhere that sold the tape before. But I have had no luck.
I have the ISBN number which is 0717618757. But so far that hasn't been too helpful for me.

it looks like splaat used to have a website, splaat.com, which is archived on the wayback machine. I haven't been able to poke around on it too much because I'm on my phone and such and old site wasn't made with phones in mind 😅
it does mention RoSPA, another safety organisation which is still active, so it might be worth checking there?
The UK HSE publications website has a contact email specifically for construction safety: construction.sector-and-policy@hse.gov.uk
