im not sure how popular the psychiatrist irabu series is , but the on the website for anime adaptation of it , ( specifically this page ) , has some info on mobile minigames it. the qr code leads to a dead link and i could not find any archive of it . would anybody know how to find this ?

It's very, very obscure here, it made the rounds on a few "look at this crazy anime" videos(like in Youtuber Phantomstrider's "weirdest anime" video) and a few anime blogs a few years back but that's basically it. We don't even have the original novels in an English translated form (or at least in any actual publication). That said, hopefully a few folks here can help you out because that's super interesting! I knew of the series and books but not that there was a mobile game.

i had no clue phantomstrider talked about it lol ! i watched the show in may and found this website around then too , are there any fan translations of the novel ?

Indeed, I believe the video was "Top weirdest animes ever created" and is pretty old at this point.
Definitely no official translations, and sadly have not noticed any fan translations or fan translation projects anywhere (as they are written for an older audience, I imagine they would be quite difficult to translate). You could always ask on Reddit, like on their "weekly anime questions" thread. But things can always change, and new projects pop up ALL THE TIME so don't lose hope!
Also keep in mind that the mobile game market is ABSOLUTELY massive in Asia, so if you can't find it one language, there's always a chance that another country got it in their language. I believe that both Persona and Digimon got Chinese only mobile games, for example.
