Black and white commercial that played after Anabel

Hey, so do you guys know about blood girl (Aka Anabel)?? About the Brazilian cartoon where A girl turned water into blood? Well it was recently found right? And we all know that, but I was actually looking through the comments. I was translating some of them because I really wanted to know what she was saying in the cartoon and I thought someone would have a transcript or something. But I found something a bit more interesting when I was going through the comments. I saw someone mentioned how right after the episode aired there was a sinister ad that would play right after about two black and white figures beating up a boy. I'm not sure if the translator that I used was entirely accurate to what they said, but I just found that pretty fascinating. Does anyone know what this is??? Does anybody remember this strange Brazilian ad?? Was a PSA or was it actually advising something??
