This post details a Radio bumper from South Carolina, that played once before the song "Big Green Tractor" by Jason Aldean, but never again.
"The bumper itself was very short, likely only 5-10 seconds. In it, a tractor/combine engine starts up, and the vehicle drives for a moment, before a woman could be heard loudly screaming" - OP.

This post details an odd commercial or bumper that involves a man in the desert falling from the sky, for sound effects of "Bones Cracking and a Loud thud" to play, end.
"My brother and I don't remember what we were watching exactly, cartoons probably, in this commercial, or whatever, the setting was like a desert type place. Possibly a cliff or plateau, surrounded by nothing but sand and nothingness. A man just falls from somewhere and hits the ground so hard, he bounces off the ground, slightly in the air. And that's it. We were horrified" -OP.

This next one was supposedly a PSA, and probably by meji. The ad shows a Father and Daughter, happy, until the father puts a blind fold on the child, she walks around with it on, as the camera pans out to reveal she's on a blank white void-like set, she asks "papa?" getting more and more concerned every time, she finally takes off her Blindfolds and realizes she's all alone in the abyss, and the PSA ends with her yelling "PAPA?
?" fade to black.
"I don’t really engage with the Japanese online community but I think that some children back then got traumatized by the PSA and after watching the 2 recreations, I found the PSA to be fascinating so that’s why I wanted to share this Lost Media to the world to spread awareness of it in hopes of it being found one day." -OP.

This one is the last for now, it's a Spanish ad for Parkay Butter, a lady is at a funeral crying, when she yells out "Por qué? (Why in spanish)" for the coffin to rise up and show Parkay butter.
I think there might be a mix-up on the coffin part. I think it was either the butter itself in the coffin saying "parkay". While the other could be the man stood up holding the butter in his hands."
Editor's note: I think the guy in the coffin could've said "Did somebody say Parkay?" though I haven't seen the ad itself.
