After a lot of dead ends with this search I have decided to create an account on the lost media wiki to see if I can recruit some new help! I am currently searching for the Village People’s performance at the 1993 MTV Movie Awards, their performance contains three parodies of their classic songs and shouldn’t have a long run time. I am aware that many clips from the 1993 MTV Movie awards have surfaced online so I’m sure someone out there must have a full recording of it! Just this specific segment hasn’t been uploaded publicly to my knowledge. If anyone has a tape of the whole awards ceremony or knows someone to have it, I would love to know! (Or perhaps a recording is buried in an online archive)
