For anyone who isn't aware about what Cat's Eye is. Cat's Eye is originally a manga series written by Tsukasa Hojo (known for his other popular work City Hunter). The manga lasted from 1981-1985, published by Weekly Shonen Jump.
The story goes by the three Kisugi sisters - Hitomi, Rui, and Ai. The three of them in the day run a cafe, but in night there are phantom thieves stealing paintings to find clues of there missing father. While there being chased by Toshio Utsumi, a cop who is Hitomi's fiance.
Cat's Eye would eventually received an anime adaptation aired from 1983-1984 in Nippon TV.
Since then Cat's Eye was also aired in different countries but mostly known in some Western European countries. But not that much people knew that Cat's Eye was also aired in the Philippines aired in GMA-7 around June 10, 2002. It also seems like Cat's Eye wasn't really popular in Philippines, not that much people here in Philippines talk about it. No videos of the dub have resurfaced. All I knew it was aired in GMA-7, base from a couple YouTube videos, and websites (both were mostly about anime aired in GMA 7) and Facebook posts that includes an official post from GMA 7.
