This is my first proper post on the forums, so bear with me.
I'm looking for a mid-2000s Long John Silver's commercial. I had previously looked on YouTube, and it was between here or Reddit for other options.
The commercial was made to promote Long John Silver's fish and chips (meal or combo), and it went something like this...
A British man, dressed in stereotypical British garb; black suit, bowler cap (going off of memory here), is at a fast food restaurant and asks for fish and chips. A man at the register responds with something along the lines of "What do you think this is, England?" or "This isn't England." Then the entire area gets flooded with water and the scene changes to the inside of a Long John Silver's with a new register man taking the customer's order before going to shots of the food.
I only saw the commercial once, and there's a chance that the ad was pulled due to it essentially featuring an ethnic stereotype (someone either complained or the company pulled the ad voluntarily.)
As mentioned before, I couldn't find this anywhere on YouTube, lest there's a chance it is there but tucked away somewhere obscure. Have any of you seen it?
