These are some commercials I've seen as kid but are now lost.
BAXIDIL Repackaged Version TVC (last seen in 2006)
BAXIDIL is a poultry antibiotic from UNIVET that had a commercial which featured roosters and chicks getting clad in 2000s CGI armor defeating various diseases that commonly affects poultry. There are 2 versions of this commercial, the original one which aired from 2000-2003 and is available on YouTube, and the one featuring the repackaged version of the product that I've seen air on ABS-CBN's regional networks like the one in my city around 2006 which is the one that I've been looking for and still remains lost. It stopped airing after the commercial of an improved version of BAXIDIL called BAXIDIL SE started airing although both products are still sold to this day.
Mang Inasal, Kumbinsing! TVC (last seen in 2008)
Mang Inasal is a fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines that had a commercial which aired during the 2007-2008 PBA season on ABC5. If I'm not mistaken, this was before they became very popular nationwide because I haven't experienced eating at one of their stores until around 2011 when multiple stores began opening in my city. All I can remember about this commercial is it's largely or completely made in CGI and their tagline "Mang Inasal, Kumbinsing!" appears at the end of the commercial. It aired alongside this commercial which featured a chick shaking in fear* (as seen below).
Padan Insecticide TVC (last seen in 2010)
Padan is an insecticide from Jardine Distribution Inc. Its commercial is also one of the commercials that air on ABS-CBN's regional networks. All I can remember is it features clips of pests that affect rice edited in a sort of 90s fashion and is aired at a very specific time during TV Patrol's commercial break. It creeped me out as a kid due to the voiceover and the eerie music playing throughout the commercial. It stopped airing after it got replaced by this commercial.
*I don't want to elaborate any further about this commercial out of fear of it getting mass reported and taken down due to it portraying an activity that is illegal in the US but is otherwise legal here in the Philippines. I assume you've seen it at one point if you live here in the Philippines during the time that commercial still aired.
