So, currently, Haribo is running a series of commercials where children voice over adults reacting to Haribo Goldbears.
However, one in particular struck me as really familiar when I first heard it because I remembered a commercial with the same sound bites from when I was a kid, however, in this version, there were actual kids on screen. So I just thought that they reused the old audio for the new commercial. When I mentioned this to my mom, she had never seen this commercial and later told me she tried to look it up but couldn't find anything.
I'm going to be honest, I know that there have been lost media searches caused by people misremembering things, but up until I started looking into it I was convinced that I had seen this commercial. It wasn't even a question. But, as it gets harder to find, I'm starting to doubt myself. But every time I re-watch it, it just feels so familiar. I'm going to put down everything I know and remember about it below and maybe see if anyone else remembers it too.

It was around the same era as the other Haribo commercials featuring children, but it wasn't the same kids. I'm referring to the North American ones here, not the British commercials. These kids didn't seem like actors (although, they may have been) and it was more of their genuine answers and reactions to the gummy bears. I think they seemed a little younger too, maybe as young as 5 (and older)? I'm not good with kids ages tho. It was kind of more of an "interview" type setup, not quite a boardroom and I don't think the kids were dressed up fancy.
As for when it would have been on, I found an article confirming that the other kid featuring commercials were the first ones in North America which means it couldn't have been before 2010, starting around August. The article says that these ones aired on Animal Planet, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon (but maybe not just them?). I feel like I first saw it before 2014 and I watched those types of channels almost exclusively until 2016 so there's a bit of a range there.

Anyway, I haven't been able to find anything on YouTube, I've been able to confirm that there were at least 4 of the other original Haribo kid commercials from that 2010 era but none of them seem to be what I'm looking for because the one I'm thinking of had different kids.
