I was inspired by a thread that mentioned a PSA by D.A.R.E. Which reminded me of an old conversation I had with my ex about scary PSA's. He remembers this very obscure PSA back from his childhood. This description is a recollection since I deleted our DM after breakup.
It starts out with a student being peer pressured by a bully to try out a joint in a school hallway. Both are male. He tries out the joint and gets pushed into the locker. Suddenly, the live action ad switches to animation. My ex describes this scene being very trippy. He notably mentions something about claymation clowns appearing out of no where.
I did try searching up this interesting artsy MTV-like PSA half a year ago with no luck. My former boyfriend did mention it might've been produced by D.A.R.E and recall it airing in the 90's. If this helps he is from Texas and born in 84.
