some news...apparently from the 2002 patent and trademark thing by the US fucking government there's this. not sure if it has expired but it's still pretty interesting to know they actually got a trademark for anything else
was planning on hosting some sort of panel at a convention regarding Mort since this year is the 30th anniversary of the comic and Marvel most likely won't be saying anything about the comic unless prompted to, it would be really cool if anyone regarding the production of anything regarding Mort could be a guest, probably not though seeing how obscure it is. but the idea is still in the cards for this year as a thing I'd like to do
long time no update ig. anyways see you all in columbus tomorrow
So it's been a while since the last Mort update. Nothing has been found to my knowledge but the panel went really well despite not having a huge turnout. Props to the GalaxyCon organizers for giving me the opportunity. I also got in contact with illustrator Gary Hallgren, who drew the comic back in the 90s. He was super chill but I'm not sure how much of the emails I can share considering some other things involved in it. Nevertheless, he did send me this drawing to make up for my attempted purchase of the comic signed by him so that's super cool.
