For the past few months I've had a knack and love on making LMW articles, most of which are relating to lost animes.
This is not to brag about my articles but here's some that I made: lostmediawiki.com/User:Jackstone
I do want to talk about one particular anime that I wanted to shed light on. The anime is called: "Only You! Viva Cabaret Club".

To sum up the article, the anime is based of a manga of the same name, and has 15-episodes (though its Japanese Wikipedia page states 16 but we'll get to that later). The show is animated by the now-defunct animation studio, Public & Basic, who you might have heard from an anime which is notorious for having unaired episodes... an anime called "Cyborg Kuro-chan!" on which said studio produced the series too. Other than these similarities, Cyborg Kuro-chan! has nothing to do with this anime. (I just wanted to point that out tbh)
The anime series primarily aired at TBS, particularly in their late-night block back in 1998 called "Wonderful". The "Wonderful" block is a late-night block on the TBS channel in Japan that airs anime that are considered too raunchy, obscene, over-the-line, and unsafe to air on regular time-slots in a day, due to it being primarily aimed at adults due to its obscenity and are just "weird" in nature. The block lasted from 1997-2002 and has aired 20 animes (as far as we know; also MyAnimeList has a stack for all animes that aired in this block, so go check it out!: here) in the span of its relatively decent time-span on television. These animes try and see how far they can push the line for television with animes that aired in this block, for example, is "The Ping-Pong Club!" (not to be confused by Yuasa's anime of the same vein.) on which well, is a really crazy raunchy, perverted, gag-comedy anime series which is about a ping-pong club athletes who loves sex and well, watch it to know it basically... (contains a lot of fart jokes too...]. Another anime is an anime called "Ippatsu Kiki Musume" on which contains the misadventures of a young girl who gets into silly, uncomfortable, life-threatening, and mostly lewd with weirdly excruciating scenarios in the span of a few minutes due to her...stupidity. (I'll admit its pretty entertaining to watch). Lastly, an anime called "Colorful" on which is just an anime all-centered around the oversaturated "panty shots/glare" trope in anime. An oversaturation of the ecchi trope we know today :/. Other shows include "Di Gi Charat!" as well.
I've been really interested on learning more about this late-night animes in the "Wonderful" block duue to how much I've loved indulging myself into old animes lately. Though most shows from this block have been archived and had home media releases, there are a few shows in this block who unfortunately, never had any physical media release, let alone, rare to find. This show, is one of them.
Aside from the basic information about this series in its Wikipedia page, there isn't really a whole lot more information about this series. The only piece of this show existing online is its opening:
Other than that, no episodes have been found. However, cells and various posters are available online to be bought and seen.
Why am I interested in this? frankly, I've always loved the idea of "late-night" stuff back when I was a kid. This show is also really interesting and I want to watch more of this show if possible. Aside from this show, another show from the "Wonderful" block "Itsumo Kokoro ni Taiyou wo!"" is also lost, with no episodes or even footage of the show is online. Its manga, however is available to be read online. Here's a Kitsu post more about the series: kitsu.io/posts/9711099. Anyways, thanks for reading, dear stranger!
