When Saki Sanobashi/Go For A Punch was still an actual search, there was a fake video that used an edited clip from an anime that was identified (if I remember correctly, it was Satsuriku No Tenshi), but then there was a picture that was never identified:
The popup in the corner is in the video itself, so it might be hiding a watermark or signature. It appears to be mixed-medium, using photography for the background.
There is a possibility that the creator of the video may have made it, but considering the fact that the first part of the video was just a short anime clip with a filter thrown on it, I doubt they'd put in the effort.
I really want to this particular image to have its own search. Unfortunately, people seemed to decide that it wasn't worth identifying because it wouldn't bring them the "real" Saki Sanobashi, and there isn't really any discussion of it outside of the Saki search.
This just looks like fanart. No anime would look like this so the creator of the video might have made it and that might be why you can't track it down. I don't think it would actually be crazy for them to do this just because the rest was anime with a filter. There is some very nice and realistically anime like fanart out there of "Go for a Punch", so I think if they were using someone else's art they'd have taken that instead so it would look plausible, so that's another reason I think they must've made it themselves.
I tried to look through image searches, which didn't really help on Google's side, but there were more interesting results in different other search engines like Bing or Yandex, although none of them had the exact picture.
Maybe reverse searching on smaller or foreign search engines will help? Saki Sanobashi couldn't have gone super far, but there is a chance it's been seen by a different audience. Maybe use translations of the names in different languages + "fanart"/"art" and see what pops up.
I also looked through deviant art, but didn't find anything like it either. There is also a point in looking through image hosts similar to DA. Looking through the video it looks like an actual footage of the picture, , so it might exist only within this video, the shaking feels kind of natural compared to the zoom on the eye, but at the same time it could've been a printout.
I'll continue looking and I'll update you if I find anything.
