I’m looking for a local funding I saw about 23 years ago on my PBS station (mine is KCTS) for something called “IKEA Kids Club”. It was shown before Arthur and possibly other programs. It featured a brief animation that had a parrot with a Gilbert Gottfried styled voice. I actually found one of these animations online (the bird is apparently named “Flaxy”) but it’s not the same funding commercial I saw.
