Any info on this (unreleased?) anime OVA? (月桂冠10号 ヒロインの条件)

This comes from the October 1985 issue of The Anime (ジ・アニメ). When I was scanning this magazine, I was able to identify all of the anime in the OVA section except for this one. The title of this OVA is "月桂冠10号 ヒロインの条件". The company and release date are listed as "undecided", so I'm not sure if it even went into production. I have some other magazines from around this time period, but this is the only mention of the OVA I've found in any of them. Does anyone have any more info?
