So, looking around for old Anime vhs trailers, I managed to stumble on this guy. This YouTube page seems unassuming but that's probably the point. His channel is called Grey Archives, and there is a link in his community page to an archive he created of "rare and dead media" that had otherwise been forgotten, or was unavailable on YouTube. Some of it seems to be things like commercial archives and bumpers, too. It's over a hundred videos, so I couldn't glean through them all, but if memory serves some may even have been old music videos or MTV recordings. This may be very useful, and it may do us a favor to try and contact the guy since he seems interested in media preservation too.
Here's a link to his YT page where he posts about his archive collection: link
