Western Animation Urban Legends Iceberg: Entries Wanted?

The name of the iceberg got changed quite a bit:

The context is a little confusing (not sure if they meant that they'd written scripts for the rest of the episodes that did air, or if there were 6 ADDITIONAL scripts written along with the aired 7), but I interpret it as the latter, as I am a huge fan of this series.

In my mind, Western animation refers to US, Canada, and Europe. I guess Latin America and Australia too. Basically anything that was widely colonized by Europe (or is Europe). 

Ok, so for those questioning on what animations will count for this iceberg, it's in some places more vast & in others less so. I will try to explain the best I can on what I myself consider Western Animation & what I don't.

Firstly, here are some of the continents/regions/countries whose animations I consider to fall under Western Animation, largely going off of a geography with a bit of cultural influence to help out in some cases:
Both American continents(Central America is actually part of North America instead of being its own continent like South America, but people don't realize that)
The Caribbean
The Benelux(Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg)
UK & Ireland
Scandinavia & the other Nordic regions(Finland is included because of it largely being considered part of the Nordics despite their language being part of a family of languages more associated with Eastern Europe & being on top of Estonia & Latvia; one of the very few cultural choices here)
Italy
France
The 3 main German-speaking nations(Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
West Africa
Morocco & Algeria
South Africa & eSwatini

And now for a few that I do NOT consider to fall under Western Animation:
Eastern Europe as shown here as they are obviously very different from Western Europe in many ways(Austria, to my knowledge, is the furthest amount of ground Western Europe has in mainland Europe, meanwhile Finland is in Northern Europe which is sorta different)
Western Asia(they're to the east of Eastern Europe)
Japan(OBVIOUSLY)
Oceania(because that continent is very close to Southeast Asia, TOO close for me to not notice; the iceberg once included cartoons from Australia & New Zealand, but then I realized just how... confusing Oceania is & yeah, safe to say any entries about cartoons PRIMARILY from there have been removed. Also isn't New Zealand's old culture very Eastern?)
East Africa
Zimbabwe
Mozambique
