Recently, i stumbled across this video on YouTube.
It's a Brazilian video about "Funny Animations". It shows a unnamed cartoon with various segments:
.Hand-Drawn Cartoons
.Stop-Motion Cartoons
.Cut-Out Cartoons
The video doesn't show the name of the cartoon, but it seems like it is from the 90's. I also think it is a educational cartoon, because it shows many questions like "Where are you from?" or "What do you want?". It's probably a British cartoon, based on the accents on the voices.

It will sure be intresting to find more episodes of this (and probably its original name and creator).
