It's very unlikely this will yield any results, but I figure it's worth a shot.
Back in around 2011 or 2012 was a series called The Random Toon Show, hosted on a channel also just called Random Toon. It was a parodic series in a news show
format, hosted by the titular Random Toon (who looked like the NPC Flippy) and Kong (a blue bear wearing green clothes). There were a few other characters too, but the only one I remember was a wizard named Wise Man. The show mostly covered game news and featured video content by other people.
However, in 2014 Random Toon got hacked, with all of his videos getting taken down. Although his account was restored eventually, the TRTS episodes were never reuploaded. I've never found reuploads of them, most results just giving his other videos.
Unfortunately though, he passed away in 2018, meaning contacting him directly is no longer an option. I figure this is my next best place to go, and is mostly just a last attempt at finding these. They meant alot to me growing up, and it's upsetting to have alot of his history missing as well.

So The Random Toon Show is something I also grew up watching. I had a huge interest in it and even made basically my own version that was non-Toontown focused. What's relevant to the search is that I uploaded several episodes to an account of mine that primarily existed to advertise a "TV Channel" I had made several websites and such for but never amounted to anything: www.youtube.com/user/KidzoneEntertaiment2
Used to watch Micheal a lot too. One of the first YouTubers I remember consistently following. Was super shocked to hear of his passing a while ago. Another former Toontown YouTuber by the name of ToonTracer has several TRTS episodes archived alongside the channels burgermeister mentioned in their comment. youtube.com/user/ToonTracer
