Hard to say, but I'd have to say The Electric Piper, especially since I actually remember when it aired as a kid, and always wanted to see it again... eventually I did shortly after joining the LMW.
In fact, it was actually what made me want to join the LMW in the first place and help find more lost media as well as discuss it.
"The Day the Clown Cried", because I never supposed I would see it, despite that I was one of the project's only defenders and that I felt vindicated that the footage released proved that it was as great as I had thought.
Terrifying 9.11, as silly as that sounds. As a Metal Slug fan hearing that a legitimately good port of Metal Slug for the GBC existed behind a bootleg in poor taste really made me want to play that so bad. Now that it has been released both in its original broken English and the later Chinese release, I can say that dang... this would have been a great release at the time if it was official. Not even close to the arcade original but it is still very impressive on a technical level and very playable. Much better than the GBC Resident Evil port.

The missing footage of Metropolis. Its probably the best silent movie ever made, and to have the full thing, finally, is just amazing. Its also great that The Day the Clown Cried is safe in the Library of Congress. I agree that the leaked footage is great--actually better than I expected it to be.
Rapsittie Street Kids. I mean it's just so BAD and it's unbelievable that thing was actually played on TV!! But I love horribly cheesy things like that.
Recently, I've been getting into a game called Amulets and Armor, an old DOS Action RPG. The game was lost for a time, selling less than 100 copies on release and the only proof it existed was the shareware version. This is the video where I first saw A&A and he talks about it's lost status at the time (2012). Fortunately one of the original authors managed to get it released as freeware, both the original DOS version and a new Windows version that works flawlessly on Windows 10.
Stumbling across The Offbeats Valentine's special on Valentine's Day just as I'm watching KaBlam! was pretty neat too.
It's a hard pick to be honest, but my top three picks would be the 2003 Nickelodeon animated TV film The Electric Piper for its great story and musical numbers, JonTron's 2011 privated YouTube video "Apples and BREAKS" for its genuine sad tone, and the 2003 Nickelodeon Magazine's Big 10 Birthday Bash TV special as when footage of the special was not available online, it was one of the first lost media that I wanted to be found when I was still a reader of the wiki and viewing SpooferJahk's VHS copy of the special didn't disappoint me.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.

For me, it's got to be Clock Man (Sally). It was the first big search I was involved in and it was satisfying to see something come out of that search.
In terms of the lost media I like watching the most... I've never seen EP or Cracks. I really don't have a favorite in that respect.
