I'm currently collecting previews for individual episodes of Pokémon. The original Japanese version includes a next episode preview at the end of every episode, even for reruns and home video releases, so they're really not a concern (the only hard to find one is for the Porygon episode, which they tried to erase from memory, so they replaced that one, but it miraculously resurfaced a few years ago and I have it archived). The English dub doesn't do this. Instead, the producers let the network do this, provided they even want to.
The English dub debuted in syndication, meaning no one network was in charge of it. As a result, there aren't any "official" new episode previews from this era, at least not that I'm aware of. There may be new episode previews created by one or more of the many, many local stations across the 50 states, but they would be seen only by their specific TV market, I have never seen any, and it would be basically impossible to find all of them, as many are probably lost in the true sense that no copies exist anymore.
Starting on February 13, 1999, Kids' WB! had the exclusive right to air all new episodes of Pokémon, beginning with "The Problem with Paras" (some local The WB affiliates had previously aired Pokémon as part of their own, independent children's programming blocks, but not as part of KWB). I don't know how often they produced new episode previews at first, but at starting at least with the second broadcast season, I believe they produced a preview for every single new episode they aired, right until the end. That would mean that at least every episode from "Princess versus Princess" to "Pasta La Vista" had a preview. They also had old episode previews during certain events, such as the Charmarathon.
Then, in 2006, there was Pokémon Chronicles, a spin-off series focusing on characters other than Ash Ketchum. Even though all new main series episodes were still premiering on Kids' WB!, this series aired exclusively on various channels under the Cartoon Network brand (CN had already been doing reruns of old Pokémon episodes for a few years by then, and KWB! was likewise broadcasting some CN shows, even having a "Toonami on Kids' WB!" sub-block). It premiered on Cartoon Network itself during the Toonami block, but then moved to their Toonami Jetstream streaming site, before eventually moving back to Cartoon Network, this time on the Miguzi block. I think there were at least a few previews for these, since I remember there being one for The Legend of Thunder (which was a TV movie in Japan, split into the first three Chronicles episodes for the dub, then once again presented as a movie for the PAL DVD set).
Starting with the ninth season, Battle Frontier, Cartoon Network had the exclusive right to broadcast all Pokémon content, whether it was new or a rerun, an episode or a special or a movie. They made their own new episode previews for at least a little while. I stopped watching new episodes for many years, and by the time I started again with Black & White, I don't think they were regularly making them anymore. However, I did once randomly catch a preview for the episode "Not on MY Watch Ya Don't!" (which I don't have), so they were still doing it at least into June 2007.
Disney XD got exclusive rights to broadcast all Pokémon media in December 2016. I never got Disney XD, so I don't know for sure if they ever did these or not, but I doubt they did. And since 2020, Netflix has exclusive rights to everything Pokémon, and they never do individual episode previews since whole seasons are typically released at once there.
So, basically, I'm looking for previews from 1999 to at least 2007. The later ones are harder to come by. People had largely abandoned VCRs by that point, but many still didn't have DVRs. And even if you did have a DVR, retrieving content from one requires either capture equipment (which the average consumer doesn't have) or somehow extracting the video from it via PC (which I know nothing about).
Previews I know I have:
"The Case of the K-9 Caper!" (attached to a preview for a rerun of "The Song of Jigglypuff")
"Princess versus Princess"
"Volcanic Panic"
"The Battle of the Badge"
Combination "The Battle of the Badge" and "Clefairy Tales"
"It's Mr. Mime Time"
"Snow Way Out!"
"The Pi-Kahuna"
"Make Room For Gloom"
"Round One - Begin!"
"The Fourth Round Rumble"
"Friend and Foe Alike"
"The Pokémon Water War"
"Charizard Chills" (split screen version only)
"Tunnel Vision"
"Forest Grumps"
Two for "Two Hits and a Miss" (...sort of. They aired during the premiere of "Fossil Fuels, which premiered earlier the same day, but the first features no footage from this episode; instead, it focuses on Granbull, who hadn't even debuted yet, and while the second features some footage, it's for the entire block, so there's a ton of footage from other shows, and the little footage from the episode is obscured by full-screen text)
“A Hot Water Battle” (sort of; the same situation as “Two Hits and a Miss”)
"Control Freak!"
"I Politoed Ya So!"
"Just One of the Geysers"
"The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon"
