I have genuinely pirated so much shit in my life, I'm having a hard time remembering what was the first thing I ever pirated. It was probably some version of Flash back in like 2004-2005 because I loved watching stuff like Homestar Runner and other Flash cartoons back in the day and I really wanted to try making my own cartoons as an 8-9 year old (I probably had like twenty different animation programs installed on that old PC lmao).
I don't know if this counts, but I've discovered an app that allows you to download YouTube videos off of YouTube without needing to pay for a subscription. Since then, I have used the app to download videos, songs, and whatever else that I love and like.
I couldn't tell you for sure exactly what it was that I first pirated, but I do remember it was back in the early 2000's, and it was probably music off of one of the many P2P programs I had then-recently learned about and downloaded. I mostly use LimeWire, Kazaa, and eDonkey to download tons of mostly hard rock and metal single songs and albums.
I know you're only talking to keep the silence out Maybe you should listen and leave some room for doubt You're just handing out bad reputations Why don't you shut your mouth? -Motorhead, "Overnight Sensation"
Gonna anger a lot of people online by even considering this piracy, but one day I lost a physical copy of Kirby 64 and got so angry about this loss that I pirated a copy of the game so I could keep playing it.
