Random shower thought i had that i thought i might as well ask since things are going quiet. I'm reading the google doc as a refresher (and since i'm pretty sure i forgot to read it when it went up, sorry about that) and i'm noticing that a lot of people's description for the Bessie one includes it zooming into her face like a jumpscare. As well as her glasses falling off. Did the glasses falling off happen before or after the zoom in? Also, did the glasses have the cartoon pupils like the cartoon? or did they basically give the glasses Dead Bart eyes?

I believe after, if I remember correctly.
Yep, they fell off after. However, I don’t think she had the Dead Bart eyes.
We already have visuals for that actually, one of the thumbnails that were found on the Nickelodeon website. ( nick.mtvnimages.com/nicktoons-assets/video/images/hallowmean/hallowmean-mightyb.jpg?format=jpeg&matteColor=white )
Also, since this is slowing down a bit, I thought I'd add what I've searched and found regarding the time frame of October 2011 so far. These finds will, in all honesty, provide us with somewhat unimportant info, but I think it's probably better to talk about it than to not.
- There was a programming block that ran throughout October 2011 called "GR8". It aired new episodes of various shows, though the only example I can definitively provide that aired during the time frame is Dragon Ball Z Kai. ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPOEIUdHd3Q [Specifically, 1:45]) There is a promo for Iron Man Armored adventures but it has no timestamp regarding when it was recorded. ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=612IMSbSgF8 )
- The video I posted containing the HalloMean promo was previously posted on YouTube, according to this blog ( rangersonline.blogspot.com/2011/10/ ) which made a post talking about the promotion during it's time frame. It has a link to a now unavailable YouTube video, which unfortunately has not been archived by archive.org. I believe that this channel could've uploaded the bumpers at one point, as earlier in this thread someone mentioned they were up on YouTube at some point.. but there's no certainty to that, nor have I been able to find the link to the uploader's channel to see if anything's present on the Wayback Machine. If anyone wants to try looking at the site themselves, go for it, there probably could be something I missed.
If anyone wants to try the somewhat ridiculous method I've been using to look for possible cell phone recordings on YouTube, (Which, is not ideal quality in the slightest, but is something at least.) add these search operators to your search (without quotes): "after:2011-10-01 before:2011-11-05". I've already tried lots of things, shows, characters from shows, things like "uploaded from an Android Phone" and "Webcam video", and have come up with no shortage of people recording full episodes of Nickelodeon shows in poor quality. But perhaps if someone else does this, they'll be able to find that one correct keyword.
I updated the doc with some of the discussion from the last couple pages, particularly the screenshot with the hallway from the Bessie bumper, and cequio's post. I'll try to periodically update it with anything new and potentially relevant that comes up.
Here's something that may or may not be of any help in narrowing it down.
The ads might've been in the US-only.
I found a video of commercials running on Nickelodeon in Latin America, uploaded on October 29th 2011, that had a seemingly different Halloween bumper in a really cheap/crappily made animation. Nothing like the tiny previews we have so far.
It shows some weird characters saying something before a train moves (like a ghost train ride) before it cuts to a halloween-ified Nick News logo and then the usual promo bumpers play.
The user's channel is mostly just Latin America Nick commercials from September / October 2011.

I decided to create a "sketch artist" interpretation of Zombified SpongeBob and Patrick based on how they were described. To anyone who remember the SpongeBob Gets Zombified bumper, am I close?
Also, please pardon my awful drawing skills. I am no artist, to say the least.

I have already see that commercial as a kid
It surprises me that so many people remember these bumpers despite them only airing on a channel most people did not even have access to being Nicktoons l feel like these bumpers may have aired on Nick but that is just a guess for their popularity among many people in the lost media commuity
These were not isolated to the United States, I've lived in Canada my whole life and I remember the Cosmo & Wanda bumper. I thought I dreamt it up before that clip showed up in a reel.
