It is probably not a good way of searching, but I am gaining a bunch of old VHS tape TV recordings that range from 1980's all the way to mid 2010's. Im not sure on the luck of finding anything though...
I kinda think that for the bumpers were new voice lines made because I tried to search some of the voice lines like typing „Chum Chum saying Bouncy“ the only video that was really fanboy and chum chum related and had the word bouncy was just a video we’re chum chum was just bouncing maybe the voice lines are reused but I don’t think so
When I first heard about these bumpers, i thought the characters were robots becauseof the voices being slowed down
I can get that completely. The stiff moment combined with the low pitched voices (plus their general designs) could easily cause that impression. I said this before but i geniunely thought it was like Security Camera themed. Like "Nicktoons caught on tape". I think i might of connected the dots that it was zombie themed. But all i remember is that i was watching cartoons late at night when i was like 6 before it went sicko mode with Security Camera stuff lmao.

VHS tapes were pretty much dead during the 2010s unlike the 90s and the 2000s when they were still decently active, so l think these bumpers are not going to be found through that method sadly

It is very possible they may have reused the background from this scene, looking at the plenty of reused assets used in these bumpers from the footage we have
