This animation was evidently produced for an Australian bowling alley. I've never been there since I don't live in Australia. However, I distinctly remember this animation being uploaded to YouTube at some point. It is unknown whether this was a commercial for the place or an animation that played inside of it.
My attempts to find the animation led me to discovering a short clip of it from a YouTube video uploaded in 2019. However, it only documents the ending logo and the final 21 frames of the actual animation.

Judging by the thickness of the frames surrounding the video, other videos uploaded to the channel, and Google image searches for the bowling alley itself, it is most likely that this video was not recorded off a TV in the building, but rather recorded off an iPad playing the original video of the animation.
The original full clean upload remains unfound, but I do vividly remember how the video played out. It starts off with the blonde boy in the video anxiously standing in front of a bowling lane, with the bowling pins making cocky faces at him. The boy says "It's so far away.", and then it cuts to a sentient red bowling ball with a face, arms, and a green cap. He says "This calls for some respect.", and then an offscreen entity presses a button to raise the lane's side barriers. The pins are still grimacing, but the boy has gained some confidence. He rolls the red ball, who doesn't really roll, and moreso does a no-legged sprint towards the pins. When the ball hits the barriers and bounces off, the pins' expressions become ones of fear. The boy lands a strike, and jumps into the air with a triumphant "YYYYESSS!!" And then the logo zooms in as an announcer says "Have a bumper(?) time bowling at Northern Bowl Corrimal".
(?) - I'm actually not sure what he says here. The only way it would make sense is if it was "bumpin'" but there's definitely an R in there.
