Lost media in of itself is a very interesting topic. Discussing about things that we would otherwise take for granted and then the next second it's existence is wiped is a fascinating. This can also be said about the various types of media in my homeland, the Philippines. People here would know or even talk about any media here, especially ones on TV, and might even forget about it for a while. And when the memory of it resurfaces over a period of time, they might try to find a copy online, only to come back empty-handed.
For many years, ever since the airing of the first Filipino TV channel in the Philippines, various media is lost due to the poor preservation of such in the country, and also because not a lot of people has the equipment to save TV recordings. Including the fact that the Filipino people have little to no interest at all of lost media, media preservation, and the like, this is not really a discussed topic, even if a lot of media in the country is already considered lost.
But not all of us are like that, and actually have an interest in preserving the media that we still have, and search for what is lost in the Philippines. That is why, us over at the Philippine Television Archives have published a video on Youtube, featuring the various pieces of Filipino lost media. The video of which can be viewed here, or at the link below:

The lost media mentioned has little to no traces online, and are only in the memories of those who have seen them. And considering how old all of the media are, some might not have any more surviving copies. And that is why we are hunting down for such media, in order to keep them from being lost ever again. Hunts for these media are still on-going, and may have been going for a long time, especially the lost Encarnacion Bechaves commercial.
If you have any more information about the media featured, or any lost Filipino media as a whole, feel free to inform me here. It can benefit us in finding them. Part 2 of this will be coming soon.
