The original T version of the game had a slightly different CG intro. This intro featured Maria dying on-screen. When the rating was decreased to E 10+, it was faded to black.
As far as I know, no HD version has been found. A video of the scene exists but it’s a 14+ year old video of the screen. The still of Maria’s death appears in both this game and Rivals, but not the animated cutscene.
