I’ll go with the one that got me here in the first place - a Disney XD show called Boyster. When I first heard of it, I found it intriguing how it’s about a boy who’s half… oyster, of all creatures. I would make watching it a part of an after school routine at one point. Looking back, it could’ve been better but I still think it’s a nice show. Even though I’ve watched a handful of other obscure cartoons when I was younger, this is the only one that gets me really surprised whenever someone talks about it

Seconding Mission Hill, The Black Donellys, and Duckman.
I'd also add the following...
Flint the Time Detective Monster Rancher Titus The Drew Carey Show Cardcaptors (tbh, I get why this dub doesn't have a following) The Real West Civil War Journal Gangland Clash of the Gods Rome (tied with The Sopranos for my favorite HBO show) Wolf's Rain
I liked these shows as well. And I've heard of The Drew Carey Show. Yeah, I don't know anyone who likes/knows about the aforementioned shows either.
In my case I'll also add the following: The Zeta Project Silver Surfer Sweet Valley High Action Man (2000 series) NASCAR Racers Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot Blaster's Universe The Dumb Bunnies Taina The Journey of Allen Strange Spy Groove Lloyd in Space Mission Genesis/Deepwater Black Ocean Girl

Beyblade Shogun Steel, the 4th and last part in the Beyblade Metal Saga. It was shorter than the previous entries in the series and the ending was clearly rushed 😔 it's such a shame, really, but it still holds a special place in my heart despite the flaws
Not a show (oops) but the Italian comic series Sky Doll! It's made by the creator of Winx/W.I.T.C.H/Monster Allergy, but it's a much more mature series in comparison to those 3 previously mentioned!
