We need to have a basic standard on what we can allow, or else we will end up like lost media archive. A random redditor saying shit without any sources and sounding like a 2012 creepypasta ideally would fall outside any reasonable standard.
Basically as long as you have enough info to write an article and you can cite stuff other than the claimed source that'll be an article for sure. Other than that they take remembered lost media down I remember this one person who wrote about a mcdonalds commercial that only they remember and it was taken down because there's no info online whatsoever about said mcdonalds commercial.
