Some Italian films involving Catherine Spaak and/or kinky BDSM erotica. They weren't necessarily hard to find online for me as a devoted fan, but I know others won't be willing to expend the effort I did, and I believe they ought to be seen by a wider audience. In particular, I really feel like Femina Ridens has the potential to be a cult classic on the level of The Big Lebowski or The Room or even Rocky Horror Picture Show if it ever gets some attention. And I Dolci Inganni may not be primed for mainstream appeal but I think it could see a critical revaluation akin to Vertigo if it were to be rediscovered by the right people.
The I Dolci Inganni (Sweet Deceptions) aka Les Adolescentes soundtrack. It was never released on any kind of home media until 2015 despite the film coming out in 1960. It was only released in extremely limited quantities (300 copies) and nobody else had shared the files online before. I had to shell out $40 for a copy and prices are only going to rise over time as it gets harder to track down. It may not be my favorite soundtrack but it's very good--some tracks are fantastic--and it represents a glimpse of Piero Piccioni's early work. (He would later go on to be one of the most respected Italian film composers, beside Stelvio Cipriani and Ennio Morricone.)
Uccidere in Silenzio, Penis and Just for Kicks. They aren't lost anymore but they were thought to be at one time, and could easily get to that stage again if precautions aren't taken.
Various footage from Eureeka's Castle, because I don't trust streaming services to keep such niche content hosted indefinitely.
Every political video I couldn't find on CSPAN and had to painstakingly locate through a series of tedious search engine "brute forcing." I don't trust the sites which currently house these speeches/debates to remain online indefinitely, and while political speeches/debates may not be the most exciting thing to some of you, preserving our literal history is essential.

I'm making duplicates of whatever I can find, like vintage emergency broadcast alerts, public information films, obscure cassette recordings, and stuff like that.

Lol mf backing up porn, I can't talk shit tho I wish I had some of the stuff I saw years ago
Some of that golden age porn* is legitimately better than what passes for "high art" these days. The use of characterization, cinematography and production values are top notch. I would proudly count some of them among my all-time favorite films.
*As it happens, when it comes to most of the stuff from the '60s, I prefer the term "erotica" over porn. Porn, in my opinion, implies penetration and an emphasis on depicting the act of love above all else. The 60s films mostly skirted the line: they implied what the characters are going to do but stopped short of actually showing it. Those films were more about setting a mood, giving the audience a fantasy they could build off of, and they compensated for the lack of explicit fornication by providing fantastic sets and costumes. It's a lot different than what would come even a few years later in the '70s.
