A long while ago I read a manhwa that followed a villain. He was a male with black hair. Although he was a villain he seemed pretty nice, cheery, and I believe he liked candy/sweets. He also had a male assistant that had blonde hair. Later in the story they introduce a character with electric powers that is being held hostage (unsure of this characters gender) and I think this character with electric powers decides to follow the villain around for a while.
I also thought the name of the manhwa was a longer one, but I could be confusing it for something else. The art style also looked more cute to me compared to some other manhwas. I’m also not sure if I got the hair colors of the characters right and the roles (like the blonde assistant, I’m not sure if he’s actually an assistant or not).
Anyone know what this manhwa is called?
