I've found what I believe to be files that contain episodes of the lost "Spooky Kitaro 5" English Dub. However, they're hosted on 4shared, and seem to have been taken down due to copyright reasons.
Be warned if you decide to go on this site: It's FULL of popups.
The reason I believe that this is the Animax dub is because Amanda, the uploader, provides her full last name. On a blog post, I found out that she had worked for the company in the past. I censored her name for privacy reasons.
Does anyone have any advice on how to retrieve these files? They haven't been archived, and I'm worried that they could be lost for good...

Is it an option to contact the original uploader?

I found the link in a pastebin document, and her account on 4shared seems to have been taken down. I tried putting in some of the other links in the document that were from her account, and they all led to an error.
I'm sort of at a loss... there's someone on linkedin who could be her, as she also worked in the entertainment industry, but she doesn't reference any past work at Animax.

I thought you said you found that she worked at Animal on a blog? Does that blog have her contact info?

It has her phone number, but I don't know if it's currently in use. The original blog post was written roughly ten years ago, and in a different language.
I also don't think I'm qualified to contact her. She's an industry professional, and I'm not an administrator for the wiki. I don't want to break any rules by contacting someone without permission.

Ah ok got it that is understandable. Hmmm, well if you can't find another contact for her, not sure what to do

If one of the moderators/admins could contact me so we could arrange some way to message her, it would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a reason why you can't message her, out of curiousity? Ex. account privates
The LMW staff have rules in place against non-staff members contacting possible leads. It was like that on the Discord server, and I'm sure the rules still apply here on the forums.
Though, I have contacted staff members about possible leads in the past, and ended up being ghosted... I'll have to wait and see.
