I remember checking out a DVD from the library quite frequently as a little girl, about 2008 or 2009. The DVD had live-action children dancing in fairly detailed sets relating to the song that was playing while kids sang in the background. It was a very long DVD (it felt like over an hour), and was entirely based around children's songs. I loved this as a child and would love it if you guys could help me find this. I'm going to relate as much as I can remember below, with assistance from my sister-- we may get some details incorrect, but we'll try our best!
Title / Design of DVD
The DVD was called something like "100 Favorite Children's Songs". I'm positive "100" was in the title. The title was written in white block letters with some sort of outline. Surrounding the title were 2D cartoon children with their mouths open in "O"s as if they were singing. The background was purple, and I believe there were some sort of music notes as well.
The contents of the DVD
My older sister recalls a lady with blonde hair who appeared in some of the songs with the children. Had a bob cut, and her name may have been Jamie or Janie. She hosted the DVD. I have a very vague recollection of her, not nearly as vivid as my sister's.
As I mentioned earlier, the DVD was based off traditional children's songs. Here are the songs I remember, and some details as to what the visuals were in each song:
The Old Gray Mare-- she may have been a stuffed animal
How Much is That Doggy in the Window-- had a house with a stuffed animal dog or puppet with a dog in the window, would bark twice after the title line was spoken
The Farmer in the Dell-- had children holding hands and dancing in a circle. Near the end, a plush mouse and a bar of cheese were in the center.
Lavender Blue-- was in an abstract purple landscape, with a boy dressed up as royalty with a scepter.
A Pocket Full of Rye-- featured kids hanging up laundry?
Bingo-- kids clapping in a ballpit.
Green Bottles-- had green glass bottles. At the end of every verse, there was a sound of glass breaking. Occurred indoors.
Take Me Out to the Ball Game-- took place in an set with an astroturf football field with a paper background of a stadium with drawn people.
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star- featured children stargazing. Included Lewis Caroll's "little bat" verse.
Let's play dressup-- maybe featured girls putting on fake jewelry.
My sister also remembers a song that included bubbles.
Extra details
Between each song, there was a short interlude with a title card naming the song. The title card was generic and didn't change with each song, and there may have been a music note with a staff that the title was on. My sister remembers the title card as having a white background, but I remember it as purple. The lady may have had some dialogue sections. The songs may have been separated by topics.
Thank you so much in advance!

A commercial by Time Life for a CD/cassette of "100 Songs for Children" looks and sounds aesthetically similar. Thanks to thpz for finding the lead!
