intro/song found on an episode of cinematech from g4tv

There was this song, it was like an intro but from a game that i assume was a karoke game as in the intro it showed an anime girl i think getting on a bullet train, and then getting off and stepping off and making her way to a concert, and then as she was singing on the stage she started to grow massive angel like wings i remember the song was an earworm it had alot of "do do do doooo"s or to that effect which i think was mostly the chorus i'm not sure

I saw the intro and song from an episode of cinematech, back when g4tv was still around.

I have been looking for this intro (primarily for the song but now for the intro too) for years, but eventually i just gave up, but i feel these forums can unearth it
