Old YouTube Animation about Drinking Fountains and Toilets

Kind of an odd thread but I know there are a lot of people in the community that really enjoy looking for old YouTube videos, especially with the success of the Mario 64 screamer one.
I got a message from someone who was looking for an old YouTube animation and thought I'd share it here. Here's their recollection with some recreation images, they described it as best as they could remember it-

it was during the early days of youtube. i forget the specific date, but i imagine it was around the time when youtube was still young and had the rate 5 stars system
it featured this animation that involved what looked to be a story time flash animatic featuring this very uninterested/bored sounding woman talking about what's going on in her high school
i forget a lot about what be going on, but like i said, the two points that stuck out to me were the pipes in the drinking fountains were connected to the toilets in the bathrooms and the Kirbies themselves
these weird e-coli looking bacterias that were given that nickname
here's the screens i tried recreating from memory, along with the "Kirbies" themselves

I'm not too interested in searching for the topic since internet lost media is something I don't really get into but I figured there would be people here wanting to find this and I would be very interested in seeing what this originally came from.
