Video of some "thing" at guard post screaming

I have been trying to find this old video that was posted in the early days of youtube.  It was a grainy video that seemed to be filmed at some guard post in a wooded or jungle area.  The guards were filming something at the bar that goes across the road but they were back a ways from it.  It is hard to tell what at at that bar.  Some "thing" was near the bar and was screaming/howling/screeching/odd noises all at once.  It was very loud and echoing in that area as you could tell from the audio.  The guards seem to be talking a bit but I don't think it was in English.  The video wasn't long and I did watch it a couple times but I went back last year to try and find it and no matter what word search combo I use it never appears.  It has to be have been over at least 10 years ago when I saw this video.
