Perhaps Sesame Workshop is opening up to the idea of sharing the episode piece by piece, so they saw that ABC/Disney was making this special and they got an agreement made to show clips from that episode.
I’m surprised no one has updated this thread. I watched the documentary and they actually showed a good minute or so of footage and various images. It was actually one of the first few things talked about in the special. No the Wicked Witch was not shown or even talked about unfortunately.
